- We our determined to get back to our customers within a 48 hour time period after calling our office. (Excluding holidays).
- Customers realize that Limited Warranties on all our products may not include full cost of labor. CCS Installations charges $75.00 per man hour for labor.
- Foothill Fireplace does not always have needed parts in stock for all their products, and may have to order parts form a factory. This can take up to 6 weeks.
- Customer doing a homeowner or do it yourself installation is aware that any aid needed in the field will be subject to labor charges and travel charges.
- All products sold are non refundable.
- Hot tubs and spas sold must be inspected by a staff member of Foothill Fireplace or CCS Installations, prior to operation. Any damaged done to the appliance due to improper wiring or improper installation, will not be covered under warranty.
- Foothill Fireplace's staff has been trained on spa and pool chemical testing. Customers realize that water testing is available to help aid in the balancing of water, but due to the fact that water balancing is a trial and error process, Foothill Fireplace does no take any responsibility, or liability, for harm done to a product or persons when helping customers with their water issues.
- Foothill Fireplace, CCS will charge more for weekend and holiday emergencies.
- Our company will do it best to resolve any and all issues with our products and services as quickly as possible.
